Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Evil Siah (the "bot") and its website. The bot is run by Poke. By adding the bot to a server, using its commands, or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who can use it
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and be old enough to use Discord where you live (at least 13). To add the bot to a server you need permission to manage that server. If you add it for a community, you promise you have the authority to do so.
2. Server owners and staff
Server owners and staff decide which features are on and how they are set up. They are responsible for how the bot is used in their server, for telling their members what the bot logs or stores there, and for following the law and Discord's rules. Moderation actions (warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, appeal decisions, application results and so on) are decisions made by that server's staff, not by us. Please take complaints about those decisions to the staff of that server.
3. How you may use the bot
Please don't:
- break Discord's rules or the law, or use the bot to harass, threaten, scam or hurt anyone;
- try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the bot, its limits or its security;
- exploit bugs to get coins, XP, items or other rewards, or use extra accounts, trading or bets with friends to farm rewards. Report bugs to the server's staff or the operator instead;
- use automation or scripts to run the bot's commands for you;
- submit content (confessions, applications, appeals, shop requests, update posts) that is illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or that shares someone's private information.
4. Virtual items and currency
Coins, XP, levels, items, titles, ratings, achievements and anything similar are virtual, for fun only, and have no real-world value. They can't be bought with or exchanged for money, and they belong to no one. They can be changed, reset, removed or lost at any time, for example by a server's staff, by a bug fix, a data problem or a balance change. Nothing is refunded. Server staff may sell or give out roles, titles or perks in their own server using the bot's shop, and those are between you and that server.
5. Your content
You are responsible for what you submit. By submitting it you let the bot store it, show it to the people who need to see it for that feature (for example staff reviewing an application or a ticket), and post it where the feature says it will. Anonymous features such as confessions are anonymous to other members only. Staff can see who sent them.
6. Privacy
How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
7. The service is provided "as is"
The bot is free and may be run on free hosting. It can go offline, lag, lose data, change or disappear, with or without warning. We do not promise that it is error free, always available, or that your data will never be lost. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
8. Ending access
We may remove the bot from a server, block a server or a person from using it, or delete data, if these terms are broken, if there is abuse, or if it is needed to keep the bot running. You can stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server or leaving servers that use it.
9. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the bot. This includes lost data or virtual items, actions by server staff or other members, or anything that happens on Discord or other services. Nothing here limits any rights you have that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
10. Not affiliated
The bot's theme is inspired by fan communities. It is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not made by, endorsed by, or connected to Discord, Toby Fox, Fangamer, or the makers of any game or show it refers to. All names and characters belong to their owners.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be posted in the update log. If you keep using the bot after a change, you accept the new terms.
