Privacy Policy
Evil Siah is a Discord bot run by Poke. This policy explains what information the bot and its website handle, why, and what choices you have.

The short version
- The bot only works inside Discord servers. It stores what it needs to run its features (levels, shop, family, quests and so on), mostly tied to your Discord user ID.
- We do not sell your information, show ads, or use tracking or analytics on the website.
- We do not ask for passwords or payment details.
- You can ask us to look at or delete what we have about you (see "Your choices").
Who is responsible
The bot is operated by Poke (the "operator"). Each Discord server that adds the bot is run by its own owner and staff. They decide which features are turned on and how they are set up, and they are responsible for how their own community uses the bot.
What the bot handles
Information Discord gives the bot. When you use the bot in a server it can see your Discord user ID, username and display name, avatar, the roles you have, and the channel and server you are in. It also receives the messages sent in channels it can see, because Discord gives bots message content so features such as levels can work.
What is saved, by feature. Saved data is linked to your Discord user ID (and the server ID) unless said otherwise.
| Feature | What is saved |
|---|---|
| Levels and XP | Your XP, coins, number of messages that earned XP, boss fights joined and won, and your daily reward time and streak. The text of your messages is not saved. |
| Shop | Your inventory, what you bought, titles you own and wear, and requests you made through shop items. |
| Marriage and family | Who you are married to, your parents and children in the bot, and when you married or divorced. |
| Birthdays | Your birthday as a month and a day (never the year), and whether it was celebrated this year. |
| Quests and achievements | Your progress counters, achievements you unlocked and today's quest progress. |
| Versus fights | Your win and loss record, rating and streak, and (while a bet is in progress) the coins held for it. |
| Boss fights | Fight results through the levels data above. Heroes, bosses and settings are server settings, not personal data. |
| Moderation | Warnings (who, who warned them, the reason and time). Mute, kick and ban reasons are used to build the messages sent to you and to the server. |
| Moderation logs | If a server's staff turned on a log channel, the bot posts deleted and edited messages (including their text), with your name and ID, in that server's own log channel. |
| Ban appeals and applications | The answers you submit, your user ID, and the decision. |
| Tickets | Ticket details and, when staff close a ticket, a transcript of the ticket channel that can be sent to the server's log channel. |
| Confessions | The text and your user ID. The post is anonymous to members, but your ID is stored and shown to the staff who review the queue so rules can be enforced. |
| Minecraft bounties | The Minecraft usernames and skin links that members or staff enter. |
| Website (dashboard) | A short activity log for each server of who logged in or saved a change, with the page name and a result message (never what was typed in forms). |
Messages you send the bot privately. Some features (such as applications) can ask you questions in a direct message. Your answers are saved with that feature.
How we use it
Only to run the bot's features, keep the community safe (moderation, appeals, logs), fix problems, and improve the bot. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it.
Where it is stored and who else sees it
We use a few other services to run the bot. They only receive what is needed for the part they do:
- Discord delivers messages and commands to the bot and receives what the bot sends. Discord's own policies apply to Discord.
- GitHub stores the bot's data in a private repository. Only the operator can open it.
- Render (or a similar host) runs the bot and this website. It keeps ordinary server logs that can include IP addresses and requests for a limited time.
- Google receives the text of a message when a server uses the bot's text-to-speech voice feature, so it can turn it into audio.
- GeyserMC and mc-heads.net receive a Minecraft username when a bounty feature looks up that player's skin.
- Discord login for the website. The dashboard's owner and update-author login uses "Log in with Discord" and only asks for your public profile (your user ID). Nothing else is requested.
Server staff can see what their own server's features show them (for example a leaderboard, a ticket transcript, or a log channel). We do not share personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it or it is needed to stop abuse or protect someone's safety.
Cookies on the website
The dashboard uses one small cookie to keep an admin logged in. It is needed for the login to work, lasts only for the login session, and is not used for tracking. The public pages (this policy, the terms, the update log and similar pages) set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising tools.
How long we keep it
Data stays until it is no longer needed for the feature, until a server's staff or the operator removes it, or until you ask us to delete it. Server data may remain if the bot is removed from a server, until it is cleaned up or someone asks for it to be deleted. Posts in Discord channels (logs, announcements) stay under that server's control.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we have about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how it is used. To do any of these, contact us at contact@evilsiah.com and tell us your Discord user ID (and the server, if you only mean one). We may need to confirm that the account is yours. You can also stop most data collection by simply not using the bot's features or by leaving the server.
Children
Discord requires users to be at least 13 (or older where local law says so). The bot is not meant for anyone under that age and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child's information was collected, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
Data is kept in a private repository, the dashboard needs a login that is checked on every request, and login links expire quickly. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell the affected servers as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes
We may update this policy as the bot changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and big changes will be announced in the update log.
